Apirada Benchakaranee Joins dentsu Thailand as CEO, Customer Experience Management

Bangkok – Dentsu Thailand appoints Apirada Benchakaranee as Chief Executive Officer, Customer Experience Management effective January 9, 2023. She will help shape dentsu's strategic CX direction, with a strong emphasis on leveraging technology to support digitization and innovation to enhance customer experience.
Apirada will focus on the management and support service lines in the creation of customer experience management, particularly with the development of innovative technological solutions, expansion of CX consulting, data, digital transformation in marketing technology products and services, which is critical to driving business success and providing the best experience.
She joins dentsu with over 15 years’ experience in delivering digital transformation and innovation at Cigna Thailand, DTAC, and other well-renowned global start-ups. Apirada was most recently the Head of Digital Transformation and Innovation at Cigna Thailand, where she drove transformation and innovation in digital marketing.
Apirada won Asia’s Women Leaders award 2022 at the World Women Leadership Congress (WWLC) which honours the strategic and influential role of various Women leaders in the development of the modern economy, technology, and administrative methodologies that promotes the advancement of the government and business organisation according to the standards of global competitiveness and World Digital Marketing Congress Awards held in India. She is recognized as one of the up-and-coming digital marketing leaders with strong integrated customer management experience in driving digital innovation for brands and businesses. Apirada is also the founder and editor of 'Creative Moonday', a blog that focuses on unleashing creativity and leadership for digital transformation and innovation.
