Chris has over 17 years’ experience helping businesses around the world to transform and stay competitive by optimizing business models and delivering large- scale technology transformations.

He has done this by pairing his multi-industry business knowledge with expertise in business agility, ways of working (HCD, lean, agile), and correlating technology practices (DevOps). He helps organizations integrate strategy, operating model, and business architecture, to improve business execution. He has worked in 3 continents extensively across the High-Tech, Mining, Energy, Airlines, Retail, and Telco industries.

He previously led the Agile Advisory practice at PwC and Deloitte, and most recently was the Head of Strategic Performance at ANZ bank.
