Dentsu Aegis Network today announces the acquisition of Videobeat, the leading provider for data-driven creative and media campaigns for TV and online in Germany and Europe. The acquisition is subject to approval from the German competition authority.
Videobeat is a full-service agency for TV and online video campaigns. The company is a leading expert in data-driven and cross-platform video advertising, with a stand-out holistic service approach. Videobeat, headquartered in Hamburg, currently employs 72 people and has offices in Berlin, London, Paris and New York. The company was founded in 2013 and works for companies such as Conrad, weg.de and Zooroyal.
