Dentsu Aegis Network revises EMEA operating structure to enhance client service and optimise growth opportunities

As part as the on-going development of its business, Dentsu Aegis Network today announces changes to the organisational structure of its EMEA business to reflect rapid growth in the region and to create a strong platform for future development.
The new structure ensures Dentsu Aegis Network is best placed to continue delivering leading edge solutions for clients, through its unique operating model, and best placed to maximise market and growth opportunities.
With immediate effect the following revised organisational clusters will be implemented, with all cluster CEOs reporting to Nigel Morris, CEO Dentsu Aegis Network Americas & EMEA:
- A new regional cluster of Dentsu Aegis Network Nordic, Central & Eastern Europe is created. The region is led by Lars Bo Jeppesen and is made up of Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Eastern Europe and the Nordic countries of Denmark, Norway, Sweden and Finland
- A new regional cluster of Dentsu Aegis Network Russia/CIS is created. The region is led by Kirill Matveev. Kirill Matveev will additionally assume responsibility for the integration of Fifty Four Media in Kazakhstan, following its successful acquisition in May 2014, and all other related businesses in the region
- Turkey joins the Dentsu Aegis Network South Eastern Europe cluster. The region is led by Giulio Malegori and is made up of Italy, Greece and Turkey
- Andreas Boelte, CEO Dentsu Aegis Network Central & Eastern Europe has decided to leave the company for personal reasons, by end of 2014. After more than 10 years heading up the region he would like to take on new challenges for the future. With his extensive experience, Andreas will support and consult Dentsu Aegis Network during the transition period
