Challenge:

Over a decade long partnership, we have helped drive growth for Jetstar through strategy, design and technology that meets the ever-changing needs of the modern traveller.

Solution:

We deliver and maintain jetstar.com. A suite of 22 websites in 9 languages across 14 regions. This supports 200m page views a month and 70m visitors a year, delivering 80% of the business' booking revenue. We have improved the travel experience whether that be the booking experience, personalised comms based on what you purchased, through to digital boarding passes on the day of travel.

Over a decade long partnership, we helped drive growth for Jetstar through strategy, design and technology that meets the ever-changing needs of the modern traveller.

Transformation of the booking experience and the travel experience saw over 300 completed experiments and enhancements to the digital ecosystem.

Results:

Data and platform optimisation has delivered tens of millions of dollars in incremental revenue for Jetstar while on site experience has improved customer satisfaction metrics.
