How can we motivate all employees to join a sustainable initiative that might seem unexciting—reducing carbon without meat?

Transforming meatless carbon reduction into Visuals, Competition, and Entertainment!
A. Visualization
Transform uploaded meatless meal images into data representing daily activities (e.g., one meatless meal = saving 12.67 plastic bags = skipping 1.8 hours of binge-watching = reducing air conditioning by 1.27 hours). Display intuitive visuals on the homepage, accumulating employees' carbon reduction into various metrics for a more tangible impact.
B. Gamification
Instantly reflect individual carbon reduction scores as the total carbon reduction for respective brands, sparking competitiveness to shine for their affiliated brand.
C. Entertainment
Create a 'Food Wall' by gathering uploaded photos, showcasing diverse meatless meals. This platform allows employees to discuss meal contents, share recipes or restaurant recommendations, fostering increased engagement and camaraderie among participants.
Result
The team in Taiwan collectively uploaded over 30,000 images of meatless meals with the goal of reducing over 25,000 kilograms of carbon emissions for the Earth! Additionally, we planted more than 100 trees in Haiti. We hope that employees will gradually adopt a meatless diet through daily practices, contributing to the ongoing creation of a sustainable and beautiful world for our planet's climate!
